Ashley Graham was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. As she grew with her sisters, Ashley was constantly bullied by classmates because of her large legs. Graham soon after completing the elementary school year, was diagnosed A.D.H.D. Graham was diagnosed with an attention deficit disorder (A.D.H.D.) soon after she had completed elementary school. Graham was discovered in Nebraska through a talent agency at the age of 12 years of age. Her face appeared in advertisements and magazines prior to the time she graduated from Lincoln Southwest High School. The process was challenging to gain employment due to her peculiar body shape at the beginning of her professional career. Graham received offers to appear as a catalog model for a number of years, however she was told she would never succeed beyond simple projects. It was a blessing to prove session casters incorrect, and her career grew rapidly. In 2007 the magazine interviewed her by Sally Singer of "Vogue" magazine. This gave her one of her first big breakthroughs. She then appeared in Glamour magazine's 2009 "These Bodies Look Beautiful at Every Size". Graham became a headline again when she was featured in a commercial to promote Lane Bryant that ended up being barred from several nations. The commercial received over 800,000 hits before it was taken down. The issue became unbearable and Graham addressed the issue in The "Tonight Show" host by Jay Leno. Graham was soon a well-known plus size model. Grande was a young girl who began acting and singing. Her first appearance was a minor part in the Broadway's production of 13 in 2008. Soon after, she began acting in numerous television shows. The year 2010 was when she had her biggest breakthrough, landing a part on Nickelodeon's television series Victorious. She was Cat Valentine, a teenager who attends a performing arts college. Sam & Cat was the spin-off from her sitcom which aired in 2013 after it was cancelled.
