Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, who has appeared in numerous of television and films through time. She began her career as model for fashion. However, after becoming popular internationally, she began acting. She began her career as an actor in the year 1995 on the television series 'Baywatch Nights'. Her voice was featured in the animated version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon took a decision early in 2000 to stop acting on TV and focus only on film. Following a couple of movies, she returned to her television role. She was among of the few actresses who posed discreetly naked in 'Allure Magazine'. She is best known for her part as Detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT show 'Rizzoli & Isles.' As a detective she received a lot of praise as well as awards. Angie Harmon has been nominated for her work over time, and won few awards for her outstanding performances.
